We have a very easy return/exchange policy. If you are not satisfied or happy with your purchase, you must inform us within 7 Days from the date of receiving the package. We will validate your return/exchange request, only after we authorized it, the product should be returned to us within 10 business days along with copy of invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to customer and you will receive a credit note for the same which has no expiry date or exchange the same on prior effect.

Terms & Conditions:

• If the product is sent back to us without our consent, Return/exchange will not be accepted.
• No returns/refund/exchange will be accepted for customized/stitched products & accessories.
• Return/Exchange of the product will be accepted only once.
• We do not accept returns for products purchased from sale category.
• In case of defects, we may ask for a picture of the damaged product. After reviewing the picture, we may send you another piece of the same design.
• Refund will be processed only if we cannot replace the defective item with another piece.
• We can’t provide return facility for outside of india.
• Shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Return shipping is to be borne by the customer.
• If you have ordered multiple products and we are unable to provide certain products from your order, you will be asked to select another product / take a store credit / the amount for only that particular product will be refunded.
• In case of Exchange/store credit used order if the product will be stocked out, the amount will be credited to your Ethnic Attire wallet only.
• For alterations, you can send the product back to us for which the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We hope that customer who buy product with decorative applique understand that it has tendency to come off. Even with good handling and shipping this cannot be avoided. Even if we replace such items there are high chances that you will receive similar product again.

All the legal cases will be treated in only Jamnagar jurisdiction court.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Ethnic Attire allows you to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order kindly once check the terms of the cancellation.
• If you wish to cancel the order kindly ensure that you cancel your order within 24 hours after placing the order.
• Order once moved to shipped, it can not be cancelled.
• In case you cancel your order before the order is shipped – you will be issued a refund within 7 days of the cancellation order. If you do not get your amount within 7 days of cancellation you can reach us at ethnicattirbychetna@gmail.com
• You can send mail to ethnicattirbychetna@gmail.comor can contact on +91 9998960724. Once the order is delivered we don’t accept returns and refunds. 

Exchange Policy:

• Loved the product but want a different color, pattern, size? We are happy to exchange it as long as it meets the conditions.
• Ethnic plus gives no question asked 7 days exchange policy. Customers can exchange any product available on the website with a high or low amount. 
• In the case of higher products in exchange, customers have to pay the difference amount online. COD is not available for the exchange request.
• Else in case of a lower amount, the difference amount will be added to the customer’s EthnicAttire wallet.
• For exchange, customers have to raise exchange requests within 2 days of delivery at ethnicattirebychetna@gmail.com. We will not accept the request after 48 hours of delivery.
• In case of an exchange, customers need to contact on support call no. 9998960724.
• We may ask you to send the real image of the received product for quality checking of the product.
• No exchange/returns for customized / custom size stitched orders.
• With regards to international orders(delivered outside India), presently we do not have a policy on accepting the exchange of any product.

Customers need to ship back the product to our address for exchange orders. We do not have any pickup service currently.  (We will reimburse up to Rs.100/- for reverse shipping cost)

Color and Description Discrepancy 

The apparel description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors. Other details like weight, work details, and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order on Ethnicattirebychetna.com believes that every customer placing an order is absolutely aware of these minor variations that may occur with respect to the actual color of the outfit received.

Embellishment related Issues

Apparel consisting of embellishments like beads, mirror, traditional patches usually has the tendency to come off.  Even with perfect handling, care and packaging this cannot be completely avoided. During physical transit, some of them may come loose, hence if you see such situations arise when you unpack or wear your attire, do not worry as it is a common issue.
